The idea is to select the best players you can to increase your probability of a successful and profitable season! Real Estate investors can benefit from a dream team too! Only this is no fantasy… this is the real thing. Whether you’re a total newbie or a seasoned pro, you need a dream team to contribute to your success. No matter how you invest; wholesaler, landlord, rehabber or whatever, you need a dream team!
A dream team can consist of many different professionals. These include contractors, attorneys (How to Find a Real Estate Lawyer), a CPA (Lower Real Estate Investment Tax with a Real Estate Accountant), a title company, insurance broker, lenders (hard money, private money, even bankers), landscapers, home inspectors, pest inspectors, etc. Another often unsung hero of the investor’s dream team can be a good realtor or two or three! I known some realtors that are great at finding the best deals while others seem to have a gift for finding buyers. Others might be specialists in a particular neighborhood so depending on how much geography you cover, you might want a number of realtors on your dream team.
