Who is Andrea?
Andrea Aylett-Hosch, is an attorney realtor, entrepreneur, and mom to 4 amazing young adults. She has lived and worked in Central Florida for most of her life and has been an active member of the Florida Bar since 1988.
In addition to her practice in real estate law, she is a Florida Supreme Court Certified mediator in Circuit, County, Appellate and Family court providing a strong background in negotiation. She also works as a licensed REALTOR® representing both real estate investors and retail clients. Andrea has been an active real estate investor in her own right since 2010, renovating, renting and selling single-family properties.
Andrea is an equity partner with Commonwealth Trust Services, LLC, a corporate trustee for land trusts throughout the state of Florida and other states. She works with clients daily to help them know the best structure for their investments as well as providing counsel on the transaction structuring, loan documents, real estate contracts, and much more.
She is also community-minded and serves on the Board of E.S.T.H.E.R.Single Mother’s Outreach a non-profit organization located in Seminole County Florida
